This page sets out the terms of use, financial rules, and responsible gambling policies that all players using the 98rm platform must follow.

Introduction and Agreement
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to every player who uses the 98rm platform. By accessing the platform, registering an account, and playing, the player is considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all of these Terms.
Players use this platform by their own choice. 98rm reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time, and any changes will be published on this page. Continued use of the platform after an amendment constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you may leave the platform immediately without continuing to use it.
Account Registration and Personal Information
2.1 — Account Registration Requirements
- Players must be 21 years of age or older. Underage individuals are not permitted to register.
- Each person may hold only one account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any remaining funds may be frozen.
- Players must provide their correct name, phone number, and payment details. Providing false information may result in the account being closed.
- Players are responsible for keeping their login credentials secure and must not share them with anyone.
2.2 — Account Verification
98rm reserves the right to verify a player's personal information. Withdrawals may be temporarily placed on hold during the verification process. When requested by 98rm, players must provide supporting documents such as a copy of their national ID or bank book.
2.3 — Account Closure
If 98rm determines that these Terms have been violated, the account may be suspended or closed without prior notice, and any funds in that account will not be released while the investigation is ongoing.
Deposit and Withdrawal Rules
3.1 — Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: 3,000 Ks (for all methods).
- Accepted payment methods — deposits can be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, and CB Pay only.
- Deposits must be made from the player's own payment account only. Third-party funds are not accepted.

3.2 — Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks.
- Withdrawal processing time: normally completed within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
- Players must withdraw using the same method used for their deposit (may vary depending on availability).
- If a withdrawal is requested before the bonus wagering requirement is met, the bonus amount will be forfeited and only the original deposit amount will be eligible for withdrawal.
3.3 — Financial Security
98rm protects players' financial data with SSL encryption. If any suspicious financial activity is detected, an investigation will be conducted and communication will be made through the player's registered phone number.
Bonus and Promotion Terms
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
Get a 150% bonus on your first deposit, up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks. Withdrawals are only allowed after completing wagering equal to the bonus amount × 25.
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks and receive a 30,000 Ks bonus, giving a balance of 50,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — 30,000 Ks × 25 = 750,000 Ks.
Example 2: Deposit 280,000 Ks and receive a 200,000 Ks bonus (maximum bonus), giving a balance of 480,000 Ks. Wagering requirement — 200,000 Ks × 25 = 5,000,000 Ks.
4.2 — Bonus Eligibility Requirements
- Each player may receive the welcome bonus once only.
- Only bets placed with the bonus count towards the wagering requirement. Any game can contribute to wagering, though 98rm may issue periodic adjustments.
- Using bonus funds on low-risk hedging bets is strictly prohibited.
- If the wagering requirement is not completed within the set period, the bonus will be forfeited.
4.3 — VIP Cashback Program
Players who reach each VIP tier receive weekly cashback — Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%), and Diamond (up to 1.0%). Cashback is credited as bonus funds and separate wagering conditions may apply.
4.4 — Referral Program
For each successful referral, the referrer can earn a bonus of 8% of the referred player's first deposit (up to 10,000 Ks per person), plus 0.3% of the referred player's valid bets as a weekly commission. 98rm reserves the right to modify this program at any time.
Gameplay Restrictions
5.1 — Unfair Play
If a player attempts to exploit the game system in any way — including using bots, automation programs, or deliberately taking advantage of game errors — all funds in that player's account may be seized.
5.2 — Collusion
If players are found colluding to gain an unfair advantage, 98rm may investigate and suspend or freeze the relevant funds.
5.3 — Money Laundering
If there is suspicion that the platform is being used with illegally obtained funds, 98rm may notify the relevant authorities and close the player's account.
5.4 — Exploiting Software Bugs
If you notice a bug or technical error in the game system, you must report it immediately via Live Chat. Deliberately exploiting such an error will result in any winnings obtained being voided and forfeited.
Privacy and Data Protection
98rm protects players' personal information using SSL encryption technology and does not sell or share it with third parties. Data is collected solely to provide platform services and for financial verification purposes.

- Any wins or losses resulting from a software bug on 98rm's side will be reviewed and decided accordingly.

10.2 — Translation Discrepancies
These terms are written in the Myanmar language, and the Myanmar version shall be considered the official binding document.
10.3 — Severability
If any part of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining parts shall continue to apply.
