Common Login Problems
Here are the issues Myanmar players run into most often when logging in, along with how to fix them.
Wrong password
Check whether Caps Lock is on. Type your password manually — do not copy and paste. If you have forgotten it, contact us via Live Chat to reset it.
Forgot Username
Check the phone number or email you used when registering. If you are unsure, our 24/7 Live Chat team can help.
Internet Connection Problem
Reload your browser or switch between mobile data and WiFi. Try turning off your VPN briefly — it may be blocking your login.
Account Suspended
If the suspension is not due to a policy violation, your account can be reopened after 24 hours. Contact Live Chat if you would like to check further.
Browser Cache Problem
Clear your browser's cache and cookies, then try again — or open the site in Incognito Mode.
